We offer a number of services packaged as tailored offer. You also can book our services individually customized. If you should not find what you are looking for here, don't hesitate to send us a Contact Request and we will come back to you for details shortly.

With our own cars we offer only "Business Class" services. With our partners we also offer lower rate "Economy Class" vehicles..

In all cases where you want to book on-line use the form for Transport Request

 The service catalog comprises:

1. airport transfer, airport Vienna-Bratislava transfer, or terminal transfer (train/bus) - Airport or Terminal
2. Vienna city internal transfer - City Transfer
3. transfer from A to B, time booking (hours and/or km), or event booking for several days with special arrangements - Time or Distance
4. express delivery service, small transport service - Delivery or Small Transport
5. transfer to or from your SPA/wellness destination - SPA Transfer
   

For some services not included in a base package we have to charge the effort as Optional Service extra. 

These are eg.:

1. waiting time due to delay by passengers
2. additional stops not on the direct route (eg.: to pick-up/drop passengers, load parcels, etc.)
3. additional distance, exceeding the one included in the base package
4. etc.

Booking options you can chose for your request are e.g.:

• you can book one way or including the return ride
  
• you can book a service for multiple occasions
  
• rates shown in the base packages are "starting at"

Cancellation up to 2 hours before the pick-up time are free of charge. If we have already started the tour to pick-up when we receive the cancellation in writing, we will charge 50% of the total order rate. If we are already at the pick-up location 100% of the total order will be charged.
